I started in IT almost three decades ago in 1997. First as a system manager, latercompleted with Cisco and Microsoft certifications. After a few years I decided to specialise in Application Management. I started as junior in a very high business critical energy trading environment and ended up as senior expert. In the last 27 years. I have worked as, among other things as an application mananger, application architect, Disaster Recovery manager, team lead application support and service delivery manager. I was working in and with a dozen of different IT application support teams. Some of them worked very well but also several teams needed my expert knowledge to help improving. I would be happy to help you with (improving) your software, application management, architecture, Disaster Recovery and contracts with your software suppliers.
